Description
The fairywren is a very popular and well-known bird in Australia, and for obvious reasons! These beautiful passerine birds are adorable, and very easily recognised by their bright blue face and throat plumage, which can be spotted even as they flit through the air.
We’ve used two gorgeous blue acrylics to capture their colourful feathering and create some texture contrast. Each piece is finished off with hand painted details. You can choose from two males (the blue wren) in a pair, or a mismatched male/female pairing! They are very lightweight and do not pull on the lobes at all.
Due to the nature of individually handmade items, there may be small imperfections present. Though we have taken care to capture the true colours of each pair, colours may vary on different screens.
